One of the benefits of ABCR membership is the annual Awards Program, which recognizes outstanding horses and riders based on points accumulated in designated divisions. Since Curly horses can really do it all – from dressage to barrel racing to driving to trail – the ABCR has created a diverse awards program to honor the different talents of riders and horses. Read about and see the Awards Program recipients of the past year here.

We have been informed that there are Curly Horses in South America in a special zone that is hard to reach (only by horse) in the province of Río Negro! These Curly Horses have always been there in a wild form. Here are pictures of domesticated mares. We are in contact with the owners, that looked for these horses for years and finally found them. As soon as we find out more, we will let you know!
